1. How do I sign up for Domii?

Download the Domii app from the App Store or Google Play Create your account Choose your plan or enter a promo code (if provided by your association, MLS, or brokerage) Many users have free access through a partner organization.

2. Is Domii free?

Yes — many users qualify for free access through their MLS, association, or brokerage. Free plans often include: domiiDetect™ (safety lookups) domiiVerify™ (Do‑Not‑Call checks) domiiNexus™ (shareable links) Access to 100+ in‑app tools Paid upgrades are optional.

3. Why does the app show $9/month if I was told it’s free?

The $9/month plan is an optional upgrade (often called the Toolbox or Roadside Prospecting upgrade). If you are entitled to free access: Make sure you entered your promo code Scroll to the FREE or Member Benefit plan Only upgrade if you choose to This is one of the most common onboarding questions.

The $9/month upgrade unlocks additional tools such as: Roadside Prospecting (domiiIntel™) Higher usage limits Enhanced prospecting features Upgrades are month‑to‑month, with no contracts.

5. What does the $9/month upgrade include?

This can happen if: A promo code expired or wasn’t applied correctly A plan selection didn’t process properly There was a billing or checkout error If this happens, contact support and we’ll fix it quickly.

6. How do I downgrade or cancel my subscription?

You can downgrade or return to the free plan at any time: Open the Domii app Tap Change Membership Select the free or lower-tier plan If you need help, support can assist.

7. Where do I get a promo code?

Promo codes are often provided by: Your MLS or Association Your brokerage Domii webinars, demos, or trainings If you believe you should have a code but don’t, contact support and we’ll help.

8. My organization partners with Domii—how do I activate my benefits?

Download the app, create your account, and enter your organization’s promo code during signup or in Change Membership.

9. How do Domii seller leads work?

AI Prospects use predictive data to identify potential sellers. Leads may include: High‑propensity future sellers Homeowners showing likely selling behavior Leads are delivered directly in the app and can be acted on immediately.

10. Are these “ready‑to‑sell” leads?

Some may be ready now, while others are early‑signal seller opportunities. Domii is designed to help agents get ahead of the competition, not just chase listing alerts.

11.The app is showing a blank or white screen—what should I do?

First try: Updating the app Closing and reopening it Restarting your phone If the issue persists, contact support—this is usually a quick fix on our end.

12. I can’t access tools I should have—why?

This is often related to: Account sync issues Plan or promo code mismatches Support can easily resolve this.

13. How do I upgrade or change my plan?

In the app: Tap Change Membership at the top Select the plan you want Confirm your choice No contracts. Cancel or change anytime.

14. Can Domii do a live demo for our office, association, or MLS?

Yes! Domii regularly hosts: Live Zoom demos Office trainings MLS and Association presentations Contact support to schedule a demo tailored to your group.
